UI Baby is a Malaysian brand dedicated to keeping babies safe, healthy, and happy by providing chemical-free, organic, GOTS-certified, plant-dyed clothing.
Behind the scenes, there are three of us—Melissa, Shiray, and Wen Jin—running the show. We’re small but mighty, and depending on your role, you may work closely with one of us—or maybe even all of us. Our team is tight-knit, supportive, and a little quirky. We love what we do and are excited to be the No. 1 baby clothes brand in Malaysia.

Who Is This Position For?
Social Media Savvy: You live and breathe TikTok, Instagram, and all things social media. You know how to create content that grabs attention and drives engagement.
Curiosity & Willingness to Learn: You’re not afraid to dive into new challenges—whether it’s working on websites, learning about e-commerce, or managing a TikTok Shop (and if you’ve got experience with it, we’ll be extra excited!).
Clear and Catchy Copy: You know how to write copy that catches people’s attention—whether it's for a caption, blog post, or product description. Don’t worry, we’ll guide you along the way!
Organized & Self-Sufficient: You can manage multiple tasks and stay on top of deadlines without needing constant hand-holding.
Passion for Growth: You’re excited about learning more in the digital marketing world and eager to grow your skills with us.
Your Day-to-Day:
Managing Social Media: TikTok, Instagram, you name it! You’ll be our social media wizard, helping us create fun and engaging posts, stories, and videos. You’ll also be the one interacting with our followers and building our online community.
Content Creation: We need your creativity! From brainstorming ideas to creating awesome posts (photos, videos, you name it), you'll help bring our brand to life online. Familiar with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite? You’re already ahead of the game!
E-Commerce Management: You’ll also help manage our TikTok Shop—updating listings, tracking sales, and keeping everything running smoothly so we can sell our awesome baby clothes.
Website Updates: Keep our website looking fresh! Whether it’s updating product info, writing new content, or making sure everything is running smoothly, you’ll be our go-to person.

Bonus Possibility: If you successfully complete all your tasks and responsibilities by the end of the internship, you’ll be eligible for a bonus! We love recognizing hard work and dedication, and this is our way of saying "thank you" for going above and beyond.
Permanent Contract Possibility:Â If you do well during your internship, you'll have an opportunity to transform your role into a full time one.
