Return and Refund
We truly hope you and your little one adore everything you receive from us. But just in case something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it easy and stress-free.
If it’s our oopsies, the shipping’s on us.
If you received:

the wrong item,

a damaged product, or

a faulty piece,
we’ll happily cover all return shipping costs and send you the correct item as quickly as we can.
If you’d prefer not to receive a replacement, you’re welcome to opt for a full refund instead. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we’ve received and checked the returned item.
Return item must be:

Unworn and unwashed
-
In its original condition and packaging

Sent back to us within 7 days of receiving your order
Please contact us with your order number, a receipt, and a clear photo of the issue so we can sort it out quickly <3
Note that any report that is not supported by the original receipt will unfortunately not be entertained.
Ordered the wrong size or changed your mind?
No worries at all, we get it! You’re welcome to exchange your item for something else of equal value, or opt for store credit to use anytime.
But we kindly ask that you cover the return shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In its original condition and packaging

Sent back to us within 7 days of receiving your order
You must have an original receipt from your order. Without it, we won’t be able to process the return or replacement.
If the item you ordered is no longer available for exchange, we’ll issue a store credit for the amount of the product, which you can use on your next order with us.
Please keep in mind that we do not offer cash refunds under these circumstances.
