Shipping and Delivery

We’re so excited to get your little one’s new clothes to you! Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle shipping and delivery:

Order Processing Time

We aim to process all orders within 2–3 business days from the moment you place them. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, we can’t guarantee exact arrival dates. If we anticipate any delays, we’ll do our best to notify you promptly. Note that UI Baby won’t be responsible for any costs or losses resulting from late deliveries beyond our control.

Area Coverage

As of now, UI Baby is only available in Malaysia, and we strive to deliver to most locations provided. However, in rare cases where delivery to your address isn’t possible, we’ll contact you using the information provided at checkout to offer an alternative address or process a cancellation with a full refund.

Packaging & Delivery

All items are shipped in our standard protective packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Upon delivery, you may be asked to sign as proof of receipt. Please inspect your parcel for any noticeable damage before signing, and keep your receipt in case you need to contact us later.

If you’re not available to receive the delivery, the courier may leave a notice with instructions for re-delivery or collection from the nearest pickup point.

Shipping Policy:

  • Once your order is delivered to the address you provided, responsibility for the item transfers to you. If a delay occurs due to incorrect address details or failure to accept delivery, risk will pass to you from the date delivery was originally scheduled.

  • Please be cautious when opening your parcel, especially with scissors or sharp objects, to avoid damaging your items.

  • If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work closely with our courier partners to investigate and resolve the issue.

  • We trust that you will take all reasonable care when using our products and ensure they’re suitable for your baby. We shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety precautions.
